This unique kombucha is crafted from dried guava, mart, strawberry, quince, linden flowers and other botanicals for a deliciously quenching and celebratory brew. Its delicate blush, fine bubbles and elegance have inspired its name- Chambucha.

Cheese pairing: In South America, murta and quince are preserved as a traditional fruit jam called, conserva de murta y membrillos, which pairs perfectly with a cheese course. Pair our Chambucha with Spanish manchego or French brie, with a little guava jam on the side.
