Our Ginger Peach kombucha is brewed with pure dried ginger roots from Mazoram, India, the finest quality dried peach fruit and orange pekoe black tea. We add Yakima hops flowers from the Pacific Northwest for a gentle, beer-like quality. We ferment for five days with the mother SCOBY. Hops flowers are known for their ability to calm and relax the mind. Ginger is a sassy invigorator, and peach is such a treat!
