Summer plums in all their juicy goodness, with a hint of oolong!
One of the quintessential Davis summer moments are receiving home-grown plums found in abundance across our beautiful town. Backyards are laden with ripe, sweet fruit, friends bake each other plum pies, and the sense of community is tangible. We have done our best to capture that love in our Summer Plum kombucha, with a hint of passionfruit for a kick of passion, oolong for, “Oooh it’s been too long,” merlot grape skins for depth and richness, all reflecting the giving nature of Californian plums, and grape-growing and wine-making traditions.

Cheese Pairing:

Our brewer and cheesemaker Sacha recommends pairing plums and cheese! Try our Summer Plum kombucha with any of these wonders: Delice de Bourgogne, Taleggio, aged Cheddar, creamy goat cheese, Cambozola, Jasper Hill Farms Harbison, or any strong, soft cheese.

Ingredients:

Plums, Oolong black tea, Brazilian passionfruit tea, elderberries, merlot grape skins, hibiscus, live kombucha cultures, water, cane sugar. 1% alc/vol.
