Black Currants and cheese are a classic pairing combination! Black Currant is frequently found on tasting notes for red wine, and its inherent juiciness is a perfect gateway to to introduce acidity and buttery flavors to any brew. Our Black Currant kombucha delivers a lightning bolt of tart fruit flavor with an herbaceous finish. It pairs well with a warm, luscious cheese fondue, or any soft, stinky rind-washed cheese such as Cowgirl Creamery’s revered Red Hawk.

Black Currant berries, moringa leaf, echinacea, elderberries, merlot grape skins, pu’er tea, hibiscus flowers, live kombucha cultures, water, cane sugar. 1% alc/vol. High caffeine.
